After School Program Director

The Farrell Area School District and the Sharon City School District are accepting application for an After School Program Director for the 21st Century Community Learning Center (COOL Program).

A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Education.

Pay: $23.00/Hour
Work year: 41 Weeks
Work week: 40 hours a week
Benefits: Single Benefit Access to Hospitalization/Medical (There is an employee contribution)

The Director will be responsible for:
    * Supervising and scheduling Project Staff
    * Overseeing Academic Programming
    * Providing Staff Trainings
    * Program Fiscal Management
    * Staff and Program Evaluations
    * Timely submission of mandatory reports
    *Monitoring student attendance and providing annual reports.

Excellent communication, computer and time management skills are a must.

Requirements for position:
    * Current Act 34, 114, & 151 clearances (must be less than 1 year old)
    * Act 126 Child Abuse Training certificate
    * Act 168 Sexual Misconduct/ Abuse Disclosure Form (s)
    * Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification Form
