$3,000 Sign-On Bonus for applicants with a CDL Class B and school bus endorsements
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus for applicants without a CDL (paid CDL training provided)

Starting Pay: $24.25 per hour
Training Pay: $16.00 per hour while completing CDL training

Primary Responsibilities

Safely transport students to and from school and school activities
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections of the school bus
Perform child safety checks at the end of every route
Follow assigned routes and schedules
Maintain a clean and safe vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations
Communicate professionally with students, parents, and school staff
Maintain accurate mileage and vehicle records
